This topic is most likely very subjective. I am currently working hybrid in an agile dev team of 10. I honestly am more productive at home. My teammates are from different countries so it's not like I'll meet all of them at the office. Moreover when I am at the office a lot of my time is wasted in small talk - especially it's effect on concentration is devastating. At home I can reach my flow state quicker and can stay in it longer.
